All anglers are encouraged to report illegal fishing, but what happens when that report is made?
In this next Virtual Fisheries Forum by the Angling Trust, they welcome Fisheries Enforcement experts Dave Lees (Angling Trust) and Damien Linney (Environment Agency) to discuss the process from start to finish. By explaining how reports can lead to successful actions being taken, and why it’s important that reports are made in the first instance, we hope to provide valuable insight into the process and everything that comes with it.
This session is free to attend and open to all anglers, club officials, fishery owners, or anyone curious about the processes for reporting illegal fishing.
