There are Hundreds of miles of beautiful, and increasingly clean canals stretch across the West Midlands, most of them teaming with fish.
Whether urban or rural, there is one on your doorstep, providing a variety of enjoyable angling and all at a low cost.
On most of the canals, local angling clubs rent the fishing rights from the Canal and River Trust, so you'll need to get your fishing permit directly from them. For non-rented stretches, you will need to buy a Waterway Wanderers permits before you start to fish.
