Perfectly sited by the River Severn this popular fishery has two pools, a short section of the river itself, a pub and a caravan and camping site all on tap.
Old Pool covers approximately 2 acres and holds 40 pegs, New Pool is slightly smaller having 30 pegs. Both pools have disabled access and are open from 1st April to 31st October.
Over the past few years more stock has been introduced to the pools.
Fish that can be found in the pools include; Carp to 25lb, Crucian Carp, Bream, Roach, Perch & Tench
The stretch of the River Severn has 12 well spaced pegs on solid platforms with vehicular access.
The season runs from 16th June to mid November.

Tactics:
Keep things nice and simple on the pools and you should catch plenty. Leger hair-rigged larger pellets to try and sort out the bigger carp not forgetting to try the margins. A conventional small feeder and maggot or redworm could well produce bream. Float fish corn or pellet for mixed catches, including carp and tench. There are plenty of silverfish to be caught on maggot or caster. Good Swims: The swims near the car parks are quite popular. |

How to get there....
Leave Worcester taking the A449 heading north. At Ombersley turn left at the roundabout onto Holt Fleet Road, the A4133. The fishery is then on your left. just before you reach the river bridge. |
