Description:

The Honey Bee fishery is located near Doverdale in Worchestershire. The fishery contains a variety of coarse fish including Carp, Tench, Roach, Rudd, Perch and many more. There are also occasional trout in there. Common Carp, Mirror Carp and F1s to 6lb. Good head of Tench ranging from 4oz to 4lb. Roach and Rudd to 2lb with a bonus Native Brown Trout

Tactics:

In the Summer best fished in the margins where water is 2- 3 ft deep.

In the Winter light tackle is required, 20s hook, 6 - 10 metres from the bank.
                        
Feed for bites....not fish. Little and often.

Ticket Costs and Opening Times:

You can fish at The Honey Bee from dawn until dusk for £7.00

The rules are on a board next to the lake

There are 9 pegs altogether​ 

​Bait - No Tiger Nuts, 1 kilo of ground bait feeder only

There are not many places you can call the pub to bring your drink and food to your peg!!!

How to get there...

On the M5
south take exit 5 towards Droitwich then at the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto A380.
Turn slight left at A38
2 then at the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto Kidderminster Rd (A442).
At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Kidderminster Rd (A442) then turn left at Doverdale Lane.
Turn slight left at Doverdale Lane
and the Honey Bee is on left
